Leave legacy behind, safely.
Old ETL tools, on-premises warehouses and ageing servers hold teams back. We migrate them to modern cloud platforms step by step, so the business never loses the numbers it relies on.
Migration without the big-bang risk.
Large migrations fail when everything moves at once. We migrate in slices, run old and new side by side, and reconcile outputs automatically before anything is switched off.
Along the way we retire what no one uses. On most estates a surprising share of pipelines and reports can simply be turned off, which makes the migration smaller and cheaper.
What we deliver
- SSIS, Informatica and DataStage pipelines
- SQL Server, Oracle and Teradata warehouses
- Synapse and older Azure data estates
- On-premises servers and virtual machines
- Legacy reporting and spreadsheet processes
What we modernise.
Warehouses
Move on-premises and early cloud warehouses to modern lakehouse platforms.
ETL and scripts
Rebuild brittle jobs as tested, version-controlled pipelines.
Infrastructure
Rehost or replatform servers and applications onto secure cloud foundations.
Our migration approach.
Inventory
Catalogue every pipeline, table, server and report, and find out who actually uses what.
Prioritise
Group workloads into migration waves by value, risk and dependencies.
Migrate and reconcile
Rebuild each wave on the new platform and automatically compare results with the legacy system.
Decommission
Switch users over, retire legacy components and capture the savings.
Common questions.
Can you convert our existing code automatically?
We use accelerators where they genuinely help, but we don't rely on blind conversion. Lifting old patterns onto a new platform usually carries the old problems with it.
Will reports change for our users?
Only where they want them to. Our default is like-for-like outputs, proven by automated reconciliation, followed by improvements once the migration is stable.
How do you keep the business running during migration?
Old and new systems run in parallel for each wave until outputs reconcile and users have signed off. There's no single cut-over weekend.
