A clear route from first conversation to production.
Every engagement follows the same proven path: understand the problem, design the solution, deliver it in small steps, and leave your team stronger than we found it.
Four stages, every time.
Each stage ends with something concrete you can see, use and sign off.
Discover
One to four weeks of interviews, system reviews and data profiling. You receive a clear assessment of where you are, what's worth doing first and what it will cost.
Design
A target architecture, delivery plan and risk assessment, agreed with your technical, business and security leads before any build begins.
Build
Delivery in two-week cycles, with working software demonstrated at the end of each one and in production as early as possible.
Run
Documentation, runbooks, training and pairing so your team can own the result, plus optional managed support to keep it improving.
The principles behind our work.
Outcomes over output
We agree measurable outcomes up front, and report against them, not hours.
Engineers do the work
Senior practitioners build the solution. We don't hand over a deck and walk away.
Small steps, often
Frequent releases reduce risk and give you value long before the project ends.
Leave you stronger
Pairing and documentation are part of every plan, so you're never dependent on us.
Engagement models.
Start with the model that suits your stage and budget. Many clients begin with a discovery sprint, then move to a delivery pod and an ongoing managed service.
Discovery sprint
Fixed price, two to four weeks. A clear assessment and a costed roadmap.
Delivery pod
A small cross-functional team delivering an agreed outcome, on a fixed or capped price.
Expert augmentation
Senior specialists embedded in your team to lift capability on a specific platform.
Managed service
Ongoing operation and improvement under a clear service agreement. Learn more
Questions about working with us.
How do you price engagements?
Discovery sprints and many delivery engagements are fixed price, so you know the cost up front. Longer or less predictable work is priced on a capped time-and-materials basis, with weekly reporting.
How big is a typical team?
Usually two to six people, led by a senior consultant who stays with you for the whole engagement.
Do you work on-site?
We work wherever suits you. Most clients prefer a hybrid model, with on-site workshops and key ceremonies in Melbourne, and remote delivery the rest of the time.
Who owns the code and documentation?
You do. Everything we build for you is yours, stored in your repositories and cloud accounts from day one.
Ready to take the first step?
Most engagements start with a free one-hour consultation and a short proposal for a discovery sprint.
